OUR PROJECTS
Within the scope of the Sanko Petrochemical Yumurtalık Port Operations Silo Project, geotechnical projects were prepared in the light of the ground investigation studies carried out by GEOBOS in the field and bored piles and jet grouting were applied under the silo foundation. Within the scope of ground investigation studies, a total of 420 m of borings ranging from 30 to 40, laboratory tests and geophysical measurements were carried out on the samples taken from the borings. A total of 29,546 m (ϕ80 cm) jet grout columns and 3,390 m (ϕ80 cm) bored piles were installed under the foundation of the silo structure within the scope of ground improvement works in the investigation area. Within the scope of quality control of the fabrications, 2 loading tests (maximum 1,400 tons), core sample compressive strength tests, pile integrity tests were performed. In addition, Cross hole and MASW geophysical measurements were taken before and after the fabrications at the site and comments were made on the degree of soil improvement.
